With an appetite for growth and drive for success, Mr. Chowdhury has been involved in many projects and ventures with a vision to make RANCON the leading conglomerate in Bangladesh. His sound knowledge in the real estate sector, coupled with his entrepreneurial skills, has steered his projects to offer exclusive designs, involve renowned architects, and yield consistent ROI, which has helped him gain public recognition. Romo Rouf Chowdhury holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Durham University, England.

Mr. Fahim Ahmed Faruk Chowdhury is an eminent business personality of the country with over 20 years of experience in the field across various industry verticals. He is the Managing Director of Rancon FC Properties Limited which is a strategic business unit of RANCON Holdings. As a Managing Director, he is also running FAC Eastern Enterprise Limited. Mr. Chowdhury is supporting the organizations to continuously improve operations and the performance of management. He has been carrying out his responsibility as Managing Director of FC Holdings Limited and the emerging CEM Group.

Given his unrivaled passion in diverse fields currently, Mr. Chowdhury serves as a Director of Pubali Bank Limited, the largest private-sector commercial bank in the country, and also the Director of Euro Petro Product Limited.

Mr. Chowdhury has significant contribution to the advancement of the industrial as well as the health sectors of the country. His unique business strategy and various backward and forward linkage made this at a peak position. He is the Director of Globex Pharmaceuticals Limited and Delta Hospital Limited, a leading cancer-specialized medical service provider in the country, and Surgiscope Hospital Limited which is to be considered a Multi Specialized Hospital.

Mr. Chowdhury is a man of versatile qualities who thinks not only about his own business organization but also about the prospect and problems of the overall business and industry of the country and is involved in different well-known organizations holding significant positions. He is the Vice-president of the Latin America Chamber Of Commerce and Industry (LACCI). He possesses the Director position of the International Business Forum of Bangladesh (IBFB), the Former Director of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI). He is a Management Committee Member of Chittagong Boat Club, Former General Committee Member of Chittagong Club Limited, and Bhatiary Golf & Country Club.

With a distinctive academic record, Mr. Chowdhury obtained his master's in Business Economics from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom.

Mr. Mashid Rahman is currently serving as the Managing Director of Rangs Properties Limited and Divisional Director (Real Estate) of RANCON Holdings Ltd. In this role, he is responsible for spearheading the strategic advancement of Rangs Properties Ltd, Rancon FC Properties Limited, Inspace Architects Ltd., Rancon Developments Limited., Rancon Real Estate Limited, RANCON Infrastructure & Engineering Limited, RANCON Oceana, Rancon Sea Fishing and Rancon Marine Fish Preserver, overseeing the business performance and providing strategic direction to the respective CEOs. Previously, Mashid worked as the Advisor to the Government of Myanmar in the Ministry of Transport and Communication. During a progressive career span of two decades, Mashid has had multi-disciplinary experience across North America, Africa, and Asia in the area of Business Development, Strategy Formulation, and high-value project implementation. A pioneer certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in Bangladesh, Mashid Rahman has completed his BSC and MBA from Indiana University.

Tanvir Shahriar Rimon is one of the prominent figures in the corporate sector of Bangladesh. His career spans over 2 decades in different corporate groups.

He is an experienced C-suite Executive. Currently working in RANCON as a CEO. His portfolio in this group is tied with four companies — Rancon FC Properties Ltd, Rancon Oceana Ltd., Rancon Sea Fishing Ltd & Rancon Marine Fish Preserver.

He's a very Dynamic, dedicated, and well-grounded person. He dares to dream and make it into being. Possesses a high level of integrity, and passion for what he does.

His critical problem-solving skills, cognitive compassion for the team members, die-hard attitude to face challenges from the forefront, ability to face a crisis, growth challenges, and charisma to turn around the business made him one of the role models for the youth.

Apart from his professional recognition, he's also admired as an author & his six books have been published & became best sellers. His most popular books are 'Aami Ekjon Salesman', Leadership Intelligence, Stress Management, Luxury Trap, etc.
